NFL Preview Edition

I gotta do my little NFL Preview spiel, I'm gonna go through each of the divisions and then pick, super bowl contestants and mvps and defensive player of the year. At the end of the year you can either laugh at me or marvel at my wisdom.

AFC East
Pretty simple division to pick assuming no Brady injury again

1. New England (13-3) It's going to be hard for them to overcome all these changes but looking at their schedule I can only possibly see them losing to Indy, New Orleans, Houston (because its the last game of the season and they might rest their players). Love the O, the D might struggle at first but I see them coming into form.

2. Miami - The were not as good as their schedule last year, they got an easy schedule and this year it is not as appealing, but then again they did not lose many of their players and they should play the pats tough like they usually do, except for the time we went down to miami to see the pats put up 42 by halftime.

3. New York Jets - Their D and their running game is going to have to carry them this year. Rookie QB's usually do not pan out that well. Sanchez had a lot less college playing time than roethlisberger, flacco and ryan.

4 Buffalo- They are used to being in the bottom of the division, sorry wendy, but terrible offensive line and swiss cheese D will be their downfall, although their special teams are very solid.

AFC South - Prolly the hardest to pick, all 4 teams are talented.

1. Indianapolis - Their O is still solid, they are going to half to outscore some teams to win games, which could come not so easy against the texans.

2. Houston - I know they are everyone's darling picks, I know they can score, but their D is going to be a lot better than people think, they got a top flight lineman, Williams, a top flight LB Ryans and a top flight DB in Robinson they will be a solid enough D to win some games. Could challenge Indy for the division crown.

3. Tennessee - I think the have the typical fall back year, They wil once again be a tough D but their offensive isnt very good. They lost their best player in haynesworth, they did not fill their biggest need in WR

4- Jacksonville - I think they will be the best 4th place team in football. They will be very similar to Tennesee, good D, great running game, but not able to score enough to keep in contention in this division.

AFC North

1. Pittsburgh - Lost basically nobody from their SuperBowl winning team so you can't really say anything bad about them, their offensive line is borderline terrible but their D will more than make up for it. Speaking of offensive line Big Ben is looking like one himself.

2. Baltimore- you could take the Titans and Ravens and switch uniforms and no one will know the difference.

3. Cincinnatti - Getting a lot of sleeper buzz probably from Hard Knocks, I do think their D will be a lot better, but 4 games vs baltimore and pitt will be their downfall.

4. Cleveland- got nothing good to say about them.

AFC West

1. San Diego - Far and away the best team in this division, they should cruise to a spotless division record, which might take homefield throughout for the AFC but they are not good enough to beat Pitt or the Pats.

2. Denver- Such a joke team who is in such turmoil

3. Oakland- See Denver

4. Kansas City - see above.

AFC Winner I see it coming down to New England vs. Pittsburgh and the game will be decided on injuries and weather, if its a blizzard i see Pitt winning if not i see NE winning, these two teams are batteling for team of the decade.

New England in the Super Bowl

NFC East

1. Philadelphia - I dont really like this pick but they do have a strong overall team, every team in this divison will kill each other

2. NY Giants - Their D is going to carry them all year

3. Dallas - they will collapse in december like they do every year

4. Washington - good team, tough draw with their division

NFC North- Very tough division to call

1. Green Bay- I like their team, full of young talent.

2, Minnesota- They will go as far as brett's arm will take them, they are a pretty balanced team overall if brett can play well

3. Chicago- very tough team to predict, could be 1-4 in this division hard to tell

4. Detroit - Will show some improvement and by improvement i mean 3 wins tops.

NFC South-

1. Carolina- Solid team non sexy though, as long as Jake can stay upright they will make the playoffs no problem.

2. New Orleans- They will need to outscore any good team to have a good record, will be in a lot of shootouts, really needs homefield advantage to do well.

3. Atlanta - I see them coming back to earth a little bit could see them finishing second

4. Tampa Bay - Coaching Turmoil already not gonna be a good season

NFC West- THe worst division in football

1. Seattle - They had a ton of injuries last year so no one is picking them, i see the returning to the top of this shitty division where they belong-

2. Arizona - the post super bowl lose seems to be accurate and i dont see it changing this year

3. SF 49ers - look up mediocre and you will see this teams logo

4 St. Louis - they will pick top 3 again next year.

NFC - I do not see a clear cut winner to come out of this confrence so ill go out on a limb and say the Vikings,

SB- Pats will beat the Vikings a lot to a little.

MVP- Adrian Peterson

Defensive player of the year- Demeco Ryans
